Prof. Mutisya is a Long-term Consultant and Program Coordinator in the education and skills development sector at the African Development Bank and a Visiting Professor at the University of Nairobi. His expertise spans international development policy, project management, design of skills development programs, policy strategic planning, youth entrepreneurship, financial inclusion, higher education and research, and sustainability science. Prof. Mutisya offers a track record of designing, formulating, implementing and monitoring portfolios at country, regional and global level.
