On 16th March ,2016 an MOU, set to run for 3 years was signed in Dakar, Senegal by GESCI’s Chief Executive Officer, Jerome Morrissey and the Chief of Staff Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research of Guinea (MoHESR), Republic of Guinea, Mme Cherif Zeinab CAMARA.
