Kenyan Secondary Schools Showcase Talent and Innovations

The Young Scientists Kenya Science and Technology Exhibition saw 234 secondary schools participate.

Students presented various project showing how technology and science can be used to improve the way of doing things.

Salvation Army Joy Town Secondary School for the differently abled came second with a project on "Making limonene from orange peels in the category of Biological and Ecological Sciences."  This is among the 10 schools implementing GESCI's African Digital Schools Initaitive (ADSI) Programme that took part in the Exhibition.
